Bluff Hydrovac is hiring experienced operators, technicians, and field personnel across all three locations.
This is field work. The hours are long, the conditions vary, and the work is physical. We are straightforward about that because we want people who are built for this environment.
In return, Bluff offers competitive pay, proper training, quality equipment, and a workplace where safety is non-negotiable. We promote from within whenever possible. Many of our senior operators and technicians started in entry-level positions.
We operate efficiently and make decisions quickly. Good ideas are heard regardless of who raises them, and our crews support each other in the field every day.
Competitive wages with overtime opportunities. Compensation reflects experience, certifications, and role requirements.
Comprehensive equipment training and safety certification. Bluff invests in developing capable, qualified operators and technicians.
Outdoor, physical work with variable hours and weather conditions. Travel between project sites and office locations is standard.
Three locations and expanding. Advancement opportunities are available for qualified personnel who demonstrate strong performance.
