Bluff Hydrovac (formerly Bluff Environmental) is a hydrovac excavation and CCTV pipeline inspection company based in Midland, Texas. We sit right in the middle of the Permian Basin, and we operate out of three locations across Texas and Tennessee.
Our approach is straightforward: arrive prepared, work safely, and deliver what was promised. Every project receives the same level of attention, whether it is a single pothole on a pipeline right-of-way or a multi-week CCTV inspection program for a municipality.
