CCTV Pipeline Inspection

See inside your pipes without digging. HD robotic cameras, clear reports, no guesswork.

Our Cameras Go Where You Can't

A robotic camera travels through the pipe and captures HD video of the interior. Our technician on the surface watches the live feed and documents every defect, obstruction, and structural issue in real time.

You get a complete visual record: inspection report with annotated video, still images, and defect coding that meets NASSCO PACP standards. That data drives better maintenance decisions, helps you prioritize rehab, and gives you the documentation regulators want to see.

We inspect pipes from 6 inches to 72 inches in diameter. Residential sewer laterals, large-diameter trunk mains, storm drains. If a camera can fit, we can inspect it.

How It Works

1

Access & Prepare

We go in through existing manholes, cleanouts, or access points. If flow is an issue, we coordinate bypass pumping so the camera has a clear view.

2

Inspect & Record

The crawler moves through the pipe at a controlled speed, shooting continuous HD video. Our tech operates the pan-and-tilt head to get close-ups of joints, laterals, and defects.

3

Report & Deliver

We compile everything into a professional report with PACP-coded defects, still captures, distance measurements, and the full video file. Delivered digitally within days.

Where We Run Cameras

Municipalities, utilities, contractors, and industrial facilities. A wide range of pipe types and conditions.

  • Sewer Main Inspection - Routine condition assessment, I&I investigations, and structural/operational defect documentation in sanitary sewer mains.
  • Storm Drain Inspection - Structural assessment of RCP, corrugated metal, and HDPE storm lines and culverts.
  • Pre-Construction Surveys - Baseline condition documentation before construction activity. Protects against damage claims and establishes existing conditions.
  • Post-Cleaning Verification - Camera verification after jetting or mechanical cleaning to confirm blockages are cleared and the pipe is in good shape.
  • Root Intrusion Documentation - Detailed video and stills of root intrusion locations, severity, and extent for rehab planning.
  • Joint & Crack Detection - PACP coding of joint offsets, circumferential cracks, longitudinal cracks, and other structural defects.
  • Full Video Reports - Every inspection includes HD video, written condition reports, defect logs with station numbers, and repair recommendations.

Cheaper Than Digging Up the Pipe

Digging up a pipe to find the problem is expensive, disruptive, and usually unnecessary. A camera gets you the answers without breaking the surface.

No excavation required - Inspect miles of pipeline without tearing up pavement, landscaping, or traffic
Pinpoint defect location - Distance and depth data tells you exactly where to dig when you need to
Prioritize spending - Fix the worst pipes first, defer the rest. Data-driven decisions.
NASSCO PACP compliant - Industry-standard coding accepted by regulators and asset management systems
Video documentation - Permanent visual record for warranty claims, insurance, and regulatory reporting
Fast turnaround - Thousands of feet per day with minimal traffic and access disruption

What You Get

Equipment: Self-propelled robotic crawler cameras for mainline work, push cameras for smaller lines and laterals, pan-and-tilt heads for close-up defect documentation, and real-time surface monitoring.

Deliverables: HD video files, written condition reports, defect logs with station numbers and NASSCO PACP coding, and clear recommendations for repair or rehab. Reports are digital and formatted for your asset management system.
